2. Orders, Pricing, and Activation

Prices and availability may change. Orders are confirmed after payment verification. Activation timing depends on product type and third-party platform rules. We try to resolve delays quickly, but exact timing cannot always be guaranteed.

3. Refunds and Support

Refund/replacement decisions are case-based and depend on activation status and issue verification. For any issue, contact support first so we can resolve it in good faith before escalation.

4. User Responsibility

• Provide correct order details.
• Use purchased plans responsibly and in compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
• Do not misuse, resell without permission, or abuse support channels.

5. Liability Limits

Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party platform policy changes, outages, or account actions outside our control.

6. Law, Updates, and Contact

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. We may update these terms when business or legal requirements change, and the latest posted version applies from its posted date.

Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
